GateTrips will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, use of, or otherwise in connection with this website, for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, anticipated savings, contracts, business relationships, goodwill, or loss or corruption of data — even where GateTrips has been advised of the potential loss.
Booking and payment terms
Service confirmation follows successful payment processing and supplier confirmation. GateTrips will not deal or provide services to any OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.
No-shows without prior notice are treated as cancellations, and no refund applies in such cases. Refunds, where applicable, are made only through the original mode of payment.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED. Multiple bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
Exceptions
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude, nor GateTrips' liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude.
Governing law
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, our country of domicile.
